There are a lot of themes in Cydia , but this theme is one of the best iNav Theme created by person named Monty. You should go download this now from Cydia. Just search for ACIER. You also can donate to Monty if you want or get it free by select 0.00 in donation page. Monty is such a generous person :)
So now iNav ACIER theme as we know each iNav mod theme got it's own way or method to install it. It depends on the theme developer. Here I will show you how to install iNav Theme ACIER.

First you need to download the theme "iNav Acier Theme" from Cydia or you can download it here

Clear off the theme if you have any in Winterboard by untick all theme applied in Winterboard.
Ok..all thing you already got right? Now time for set up the Acier theme.
Launch Categories App and create 2 folders.Apps and Games.
Put all your application and games into each of the appropriate folders.
App you doesn't need to put inside Categories :

Launch SpringJumps
Turn off Page titles and Jump dock. Just turn on Page 0, Page 1, Page 2, Page 3, Page 4.
Sort the application like this :

After that, create 58 blanc icon using iBlank app.
Sort all your application and iBlank icon same like below screenshot.

Note : On page 1 and and page 4, because I'm using iPod Touch in this guide,there are no Phone and Message,you can see fring and facebook app. You can replace to any app you like. But after that you need to rename the icon name in ACIER's theme folder.
Now everything set up, its time to enable ACIER theme in Winterboard. Launch Winterboard, enable ACIER,No Undocked Labels,No Docked Icon Labels.
Final touch up, you need to install WeatherIcon and LiveClock in order to make your theme works properly. Optional you also can install Star Wars Sound to make your device more cooler :P Everything can be download from Cydia.
